16U Decatur Commodores Workout

WHEN:
Sunday, August 22nd 2-5pm
WHERE: Sunnyside
Park, Decatur IL
WHO: All
players not age 17 before May 1, 2011 are eligible
WHAT: Particiapants
will run two 60 yd dash, have velociy of throws
recorded from positions, catcher's POP times and pitcher's
velocity charted. Pitcher's will throw 20-35 pitches from the
mound. Position players will take batting practice on the
field. Please bring proper baseball
equipment.
